These jars are made to extremely specific dimensions, needing to fit precisely in the roaster to maintain the cyclone effect after the roast.
The jar is double-walled on the bottom half with an insulate cork grip on the top half, over the single walled section of the jar. These jars have a slightly larger capacity to accommodate for darker roasted coffee or particularly large coffee beans.
This jar is designed for collecting the finished roasted coffee only and fits only in 100g capacity machines.
